LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress is English, therefore all abstracts and presentations must be in English.
REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESK
You will register yourself in the theatre building of the Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice, where will be situated a registration and information desk. To pick up your congress documents and name badge, please bring along your letter of confirmation.
POSTER AREA
Posters will be on display in the poster area - probably in the corridors and the lobby on the 1st floor of the administrative building of the hospital. Dimensions of the poster boards (including frames) are 100 cm in width and 180 cm in height. To ensure good legibility of your poster, we recommend a maximum size of 95 cm in width and 100 cm in length. Pins for fastening the posters will be available in the poster area.
EXHIBITION
A large space is available for the exhibition, which will take place during the Congress. Its location will be integrated with the main congress areas - probably in the Theatre (Divadlo Za plotem) within the area of the Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice. Companies interested in participating are requested to contact the Congress Administration. Details will be available in the 2nd announcement. More information here
